The bell rang, and school was finally out for the weekend. People were leaving on their bikes, skateboards, in their cars, even walking; just any kind of transportation you can think of; besides a Unicycle. People were even getting picked up, and embarassed as to how their parents greeted them, with little nicknames like "Honey" or "Sweetheart". The kids blushed, and complained about it. It made the parents frown a bit, but it didn't bring them down.
One kid; that one kid with the emo-looking hair who doesn't really talk a lot?; was walking down the sidewalk with his skateboard, about ready to take off. Soon enough, he did, zooming passed people but making sure not to bother them. Just minding his own business, on his way back home. He was glad school was out, and that he was finally able to take a break for a few days.. until he would have to go back in two days, but he wanted to take his mind away from school.
This kid; Jordan's his name; didn't really have any friends. And the friends he did have, also had other friends, meaning that they didn't really hang out a lot. Though the two friends he knew he could keep, Summer and Steffi, were the ones he cherished the most. The didn't abandon him like everyone else did. And for that, he saw them as practically his only real friends here at West County.
He and his sister, Evie, had moved here only about a year ago. Their past, they didn't like to talk about, but let's say some really bad stuff happened which caused them to move in with their Aunt and Uncle. They're still getting used to it, but they really don't mind much at all.
As Jordan finally arrived home, he popped his skateboard up and caught it easily. He then walked into the house and straight into the kitchen. He got an Apple out of the bowl on the counter, and he made himself a glass of milk. The first things he did when he got home; get something to snack on. He then wandered into the living room, sat himself down on the couch, and turned on the tv. He flipped through the channels but there was nothing on. So he settled on a Music channel. He didn't like any of that rap crap, so he put it on a music channel which played purely rock music; from punk to alternative. He was waiting for his sister to arrive home.

"Damn it." Evie had cursed under her breath at her favorite pair of roller blades broke in an unfixible manner. Her easiest trasportation to school and back just failed on her. At least she had a new pair at home that her Aunt and Uncle bought, trying to get her to warm up to them, they had also gotten a new skateboard for her brother Jordan. Evie didn't complain, they were an expensive pair of skates but she did like her old ones, the really cool black ones that she had customly designed with her artwork.
Today had been lucky though, she caught Logan before he left the parking lot and managed a ride home. It was really amazing just how one day can bring two peope together, bind them for what felt like eternity but only a few hours. She couldn't believe how lucky she was to find someone like him, it was almost like that whole love at first sight soulmates thing. One of her favorite things is that he honored that she didn't like to talk and he read her expressions, Evie loved that.
Walking into her house ,she took out her sketchbook, grabbed a prepacked bag of Wheat Thins she had stashed in the cubbord, and headed towards the backyard. Jordan was home, she could hear him, well his music, in the living room. But she just wanted to avoid all that at the moment. As she settled face down in the grass, Evie opened her sketchbook and flipped to a clean page and began to draw. It was obvious she was drawing Logan, he looked perfect, almost too perfect. LEtting herself ease into a trance she didn't even notice she was probably being watched.

Jordan heard someone walk through the front door. He knew it was Evie, because any other person would have shouted "I'm home!" or something like that. This person didn't say anything. He turned off the TV, and he got off the couch, standing up. He stretched for a moment, then he put his arms by his sides and walked around the house. He had gotten bored with the TV and decided to explore the house a bit. But once he had gotten bored with that, he yawned and went out to the backyard. That's where he caught his sister drawing. Going slowly and quietly, he crept up behind her, and looked over her shoulder, down at what she was drawing. It looked like that stranger he had seen his sister with earlier, and he frowned, continuing to watch her draw him. Jordan already knew he didn't like the guy, by the way he had seen him holding his sister earlier in the Art Room. But he couldn't stop him.. or he could, but that might end very badly..

"Jordan." Evie whispered, aknowloging his presence as she continued to draw. She let every part of Logan become perfect, a flawless work of art. Without the slightest unessacery movement, Evie continued to draw, not even looking up at her brother.

Jordan heard her whisper his name. He cleared his throat, and took a seat by his sister, still focusing on the picture. "Who is this dude? And what spell does he have cast over you that makes you act.. not like yourself, Evie?"

Evie chose to ignore her brother and continued to draw, now she was adding the big black wings she knew that Logan possessed. He looked perfect. She smiled and wrote his name in big fancy letters near the bottom.

Jordan got frustrated when his sister had not answered him. "Evie, dammit, answer my question!" It had almost come out as a yell, but luckily it didn't. He was able to control that part.

Evie continued to ignore Jordan. Her drawing of Logan was almost complete and she was happy, it was perfect, all it needed now was a background and what better for her fantasy to have him in her reality. She drew the art room behind him, and in the cornor was her, drawing his perfection, just how it should be.

Jordan got so infuriated, that he leaned down and took the Sketchbook out of Evie's hands, that way she wouldn't draw anymore. He ran away from her; into the house, up the stairs, and into his bedroom. He locked it and leaned against the door. He went through her Sketchbook, and all he saw was that Logan character. He frowned even more. How could his sister be so.. obsessed with this guy, when she barely knew him at all?

Evie squeaked and ran after him. Taking a bobby pin from her hair she picked the lock for his room. "Give it back." She said in normal tones which was yelling for her. Walking over to him she took the sketchbook. "He and I have a special connection, I don't know what it is."

Jordan rolled his eyes. "Whatever. It still doesn't give you a right to be obsessed with some guy you barely even know. Connection or not. And what the hell was that, in the Art Room, when I walked in. God Evie, you're normally not the one to be throwing yourself at the guys.. that's Melodie Thorne's job. You want to be like her?"

Logan was driving very slowly. He was halfway home when he finaly got the courage to just turn around. What was wrong with wanting to see her at her house, to meet her family? Nothing, absolutely nothing, he told himself. The bag that Evie had forgoten in his car was reason enough to go see her. It took a moment dor Logan to knock on the door when he had finaly arrived. He rapped on the door three times before taking a step back and waiting patiently, bag in hand.

"That's probably him now." Evie said resuming her quiet voice as she left the room hugging her sketchbook.

Jordan raised an eyebrow. "Here? At our house? Ohh no." He said, running passed Evie and hurrying downstairs, and into the living room. He looked through the peephole and sure enough, there was Logan person standing there. Jordan shook his head, and put his back to the door. And he blocked the doorknob, that way when Evie came down, she couldn't open the door. He wasn't about to let the person who corrupted his little sister into their house.

On her way down the stairs Evie could see Jordan blocking the door so she proceeded to the living room next to her incense and grabbed the lighter. Walking up to Jordan she tried to move him, when that failed, she flicked the lighter on watching the flame, hoping to intimidate her brother in to moving.
