Okay, it is not natural for a play writer crying over her play being performed in three days. Not at all, yet Audrey has had no problem of crying every single day this week so far. If anyone asked she would just howl, “I CAN’T BELIEVE I HAVE TO DO THIS!†Only the selected few can understand what she means. She has to give her lead roles to the incredible duo, instead of her loving actors and actresses in the drama club. Hell, she could’ve been better. She was good at acting, but she would rather play minor roles in her play. Now, who she really needed was Summer.
She was going hysterical in the back of the auditorium as the rest of the drama club scrambled to get the sets up, and beg a few of the art club members to help finish up the background scenes they have been working on for a good while now. No one had notice the pink-haired-nut crying her ass off just the thought of her play being ruined. Now it was already in action.
The few close people stopped to ask her what’s wrong, but she was refusing to talk. Dramatic much, but this was her last play in this school. This was her last chance of the legacy se wanted to leave at her school, and that was going to fail misery. Finally, it was time to beg for her love to come and save her from killing her eyes dry.
She opened her crappy old phone, and started texting:
Love, please come 2 the auditorium now.
Yes, it wasn’t the most chat speaking text ever, but it was habit. She sent it, and then snapping her phone shut. She put it the chair along side her and started examining her stomach. Her skeleton shirt didn’t really do any good to her. Along with her jeans, and her converse and the matching skeleton stockings. There was a polka dot clip in her hair, but it didn’t hold anything together. It was just there. A classic emo style. She looked odd and she wasn’t even trying. If she tried like she usually did, she would have a large amount of piercings and accessories with her.
Maybe if Summer came soon she could mope some more, but then again Summer would help her feel awesome like she usually did. Even though her and Summer were as different as night and day Audrey felt that’s what made their friendship survive. Their differences and quirks keep them together, because they could look past all the imperfections and find perfection. They can listen without judgment, and talk with one hundred percent of concern. That’s what makes being best friends for life wonderful, unlike all the preps and jocks who were going to be flipping burgers, Summer would drag Audrey to school because she didn’t approve of meat. So she would drag Audrey to chain herself to a tree. Talk about love.

Summer sat in the choir room, sitting on the piano bench. She took the pencil out from behind her ear and erased something, quickly corrected it and then stuck the pencil back behind her ear. She took a shallow breath and then let her fingers dance across the key board again as she sang along. Irrated she stomped her foot. "No no no! Its all wrong." She quickly took the pencil out from behind her ear again and went crazy erasing a bunch of measures. Summer had been working on writing a song for a couple of weeks now. She thought if she wrote a song, and submitted it with her college applications, it would give her a better edge, but things werent working out to well. Something about the melody wasnt clicking
Summer thought for a moment, then quickly went to work at correcting different measures here and there. Finally, she was ready to play again. Once again her fingers danced across the keyboard, but the beautiful soung was interrupted by 'Lean on Me' She thought a moment, 'I'm not playing that song!' Then it dawned on her, That was her ring tone for Audrey. So either Audrey was Calling, or Im'ing her. She stopped playing and grabbed her phone.
Love, please come 2 the auditorium now.
'It must be important, otherwise she wouldnt have me interrupting practice' So she texted back
Super Agent Summer on her way!
She grabbed her papers, shoving them in her bag and then grabbing her purse, she headed towards the door. Summer locked up the choir room then headed towards the auditorium. She thought about what all could be wrong with Audrey, and summed it up to nothing, Audrey was probably just bored out of her mind. She flung open the door and announced loudly, "Secret Agent Summer has arrived!" In a very dramatic voice.

Audrey heard her classic ring tone: Uncle Fucka from South Park play on her phone. She picked it up and looked at what her new text was: Super Agent Summer on her way! Audrey couldn’t help but break a smile. Normal Summer doing her normal thing. If you can call it normal. Of course, saying she was weird had to be a compliment. Like how she didn’t give a damn if someone said something about her. Let them talk. It’s not like what they say is going to be important in the next
Audrey almost jumped as the sound of the double doors echoed, and Summer let out a mouthful. The drama club looked at her for a second, and then continued on with their work. They already knew Summer since she was around so much. “Hello my Super Agent Summer.†Audrey said in a voice that defiantly wasn’t very Audrey. She tried to hide the sound of her sniffing because she knew she sounded like an idiot. A seventeen year old crying over spilled milk is exactly what Audrey was playing.
“Sorry I bothered you…†Audrey mumbled, almost forgetting why Summer was still here at school. She was writing and erasing her new song over and over again. Of course she forgot, she was too busy thinking about herself hopefully Summer wouldn’t mind.

Summer could instantly tell that Audrey was not ok. Normally Audrey would have made fun of her dramtic entrance, but instead she seemed very down. Very Depressed. Summer frowned and walked over to where Audrey sat by herself. She plopped down next to her and ruffled her hair. "What is the matter with my Audrey-kins." It must have been something that just happened, otherwise, Summer would have known about it already, Audrey and Summer didnt keep things from one another, Infact, she told Audrey everything, even the stuff she didnt want to here. Like how Jasper was marrying Sadie, The fact that she filled Melodies locker up with rotten eggs, or Summers crush on their friend Jack, or even the fact that Summer hated the outfit Audrey wore on Monday. Thats how their friendship was.
Summer thought for a moment. Could it be about the play? Summer hadnt gotten to see it all yet, and she really didnt know what it was about, but from what she saw, it looked interesting, and Summer had already pre-ordered tickets to the opening night, even though they werent on sale yet, being tight with the Drama Club had its advantages. Summer laughed a little. "You didnt bother me. I needed a break, that song is driving me B-a-n-a-n-a-s." She said with another little laugh. "Tell what is wrong love."
[Tis Crap, Super Secret Agent Sam apologizes]

[It isn't crap!!! This is...]
Audrey looked up at the hand that had found itself in-between her hair and ruffling it up. Then it found itself back to its normal place. “Darlin’, I DON’T WANT HER OR THE OTHER ONE IN MY PLAY!†Audrey said, screeching the ending. The drama club didn’t react because they were use to the random screaming. And her random kicking, and hitting, and scratching, and ass slap, and etc… She was still surprised she was in this school.
“I’m sure your song is awesome, you just need a little something.†Audrey said, giving Summer a small smile. “Anyway, they can’t play their parts right. It always seems so fake, Death and Life looks like they want to grope each other every single scene. They are supposed to fall in love at the end, making the perfect balance.†Audrey whined, even though if one of them backed off now she would murder them with her own two hands.

Summer listened and nodded her head. She was very use to Audreys break outs. Yelling when she got extremely irritated with something. "Trust me, no one wants to see either of them on the stage. No one." She repeated for an added effect. "I am so serious. I would much rather see someone who cant act at all up there, rather than twiddle dee and twiddle dumber." Summer thought on this for a moment, and then she had an idea. "Ding!" She said out loud and grinned a big, but evil grin.
She dropped her voice down low and started talking quickly"What if Melodie thought she was the lead in the play, but secretly, you had two other people practicing the lead parts instead. Then, you can inform Melodie, just minutes before the play that she has been replaced, for a reason that you make up on the spot. That way, she still thinks she has it, so her hair stays black, but in reality, your play wont be ruined! I know it sounds mean, but its just what we need!" She exclaimed

Audrey grinned, and put a hand through her hair. “Girl, you are brilliant! Now I know why I keep you around.†She said her grin then going away. She stood up, and got down on one knee and put her hands on Summer’s. “Would you like to be my Death?†What an odd sentence, but it was a sentence. Again no one turned around; Audrey really loved them right now.
She used that trick many times, like to ask Summer to go to the movies with her, or just to ask her for a buck. She loved how sometimes Summer reacted in a very wedding ish way. Sometimes, not always. “And you need to find my Life, and I will postpone the play.†Of course her Summer would play her Death! How couldn’t she? Her best-est friend on one knee looking up to her with her bright green eyes of course she will say yes. It would remind her doggies.

It was times like this that Summer loved the ability to cry on demand. She blinked her eyes really fast, and waited until she felt the tears building up. "Thi-This is s-so unex-expected! I dunno wh-what to say. yes. YES! I would love to play death! I never knew you felt that way!" She started laughing, and dried her eyes from where the tears spilt during her little act. She pulled Audrey up on her feet and thought for a moment.
"I really dont know who would play life, but I can ask around. I'll as Jack, or Matt, or someone along those lines." She said with a nod. "But first, explain the play to me... You never really told me what it was about. Then you must explain what I must do as Death, then we need to figure out when to secretly practive."
[Sorry so crappy and short]

Audrey grinned, and was helped up to her feet by her lover. She just had to break into song and dance, just like a musical. Audrey Is Freakin’ Mad: The Musical-is an awesome band name-would be the name. The lovely name. “The faster we’re falling, we’re stopping and stalling. We’re running in circles again. Just as things were looking up you just said, ‘This ain’t good enough.’ But we’re trying one more time!†She sang, with a stupid grin on her face. And then she opened her mouth once more, “Stacy’s mum has got it going on! Repeat twice. Stacy can I come over after schoooool? We can hang around by the pooooool. Did your mum come back from her business trip? Is she there or is she trying to give me the slip?†She closed her mouth and put up a finger telling her she was done. She didn’t even get to the dancing part. Oh well.
Audrey took a seat, and put her feet against the seat in front of her. It made squeaky sounds every time she would move them. They were squeakier then usual. How odd. “Hm, well that would be nice. Because (squeak) you guys kinda kiss at the end.†Audrey said, with a fox smile. She had so many (squeak) smiles. Foxes, dead-fish, (squeak) the monkey one, and more. “Okay, basically Death (squeak) is following some man around seeing him go through his daily motions because he was destined to die soon. The man’s wife (squeak) cheats on him; his youngest son dies; and more. So Life get’s angry since Life and Death don’t get along and he posses the man. Death doesn’t notice and get’s so frustrated that he starts killing other people for no reason. And basically at the end Life and (squeak) Death fall in love, creating the perfect circle of Life and Death. Got it? Good. (Squeak) These f**k**g shoes are killing me.†Audrey finished off with a bang, since she pulled off one shoe and tossed it as far as she could and it landed somewhere between row 5 & 8. She wasn’t sure. She wasn’t that strong anyways. It didn’t matter.

Summer shook her head as Audrey burst out into song. Audrey was constantly doing something silly, like bursting into song, dancing down the Hallways, and Summer could even remember a time when Audrey had grabbed a random kid out of the hallways and made them Tango with her. Ahh yes, good ole Audrey. Then Audrey starting singing an oldie, and Summer joined in. "Stacy can I come over after schoooool? We can hang around by the pooooool. Did your mum come back from her business trip? Is she there or is she trying to give me the slip?" But she stopped when Audrey did. Pouting out her bottom lip slightly.
Summer giggled everytime the chair squeeked, which was like all the time. She listened and nodded her head in the appropriate places. This play really sounded like a winner. "Wow Aud....That actually sounds really good! I think I shall ask Jack." Audrey had to have gotten sick and tired of hearing about Jack all the time, because these days, Jack was all she ever talked about. Summer liked Jack....No...Loved Jack, but didnt want to ruin their friendship, so she never said anything. Instead, Audrey had to hear about it....Twenty-Four Seven.

“Bad Summer pup!†Audrey fake-scolded, wagging her finger like how her mother did instead of hitting her. Her mother was kind of insane, possibly even worse then Aud -which is ironically pronounced: odd- but that was expected since she was a hippie. Odd was just weird. It was her nature; it was the nude to Adam & Eve before they ate the damn apple. Stupid Eve & Adam.
“Yes, it sounds amazing opposed to my other plays. Correct?†Audrey teased, pretending to put Summer on the spot. “Of course ask Jack you dumb momentary pause ASS! If you guys don’t get together before the end of the year I swear!†Audrey began, getting ready to rant about how the two always flirted and all but never dated. It was already toying with her mind, and she has made the few mistakes they were dating causing awkward conversations between her and Jack.
“I swear, if I hear Jack’s name before I find out my Life I will kill you! You retard.†Audrey blurted out, skipping her rant and just going to the ending. Summer heard it so much it probably was carved into the side of her head.

Summer nodded at Will, "All of your plays are wonderful love. You know that, I know that, the world knows that. Okay....maybe not the entire world, but Our world knows." She said with another assuring nod. But her smile turned into a straight line. "Love....It isnt as easy as 'getting together'. I love him, he likes me as a friend. You see the problem right? I cant 'get together' with him if he doesnt return my feelings, and plus. Things would be SO awkward between us if I confessed my feelings for the dork," She said, grinning at the thought of Jack, but losing the grin quickly. "JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK. JACK." Summer yelled at the top of her lungs. Yes...Summer was crazy. But Audrey shouldnt have called her a retard, well, Its not as if Summer wasnt called that all the time, but still....... [sorry]

“Yeah, thanks. Well one day I hope the whole world knows it.” Audrey smiled, and then looked away all of a sudden. She got embarrassed. How cute. That rarely happens. Especially after that day Audrey ran and jumped onto her friend vehicle screaming ‘STOP!’ while her friend’s parent was in there. She was sure that was as bad as it was going to get. So, it just so happens sometimes serious stuff does get her touchy. Like the time she saw the dead bird at school… She just started wailing and that was the last time she cried in public till now.
Audrey gave a wicked grin and Summer and tossed herself across the chair, not minding the arm rest in her stomach. “AHHHH! Poke….” She said, inserting her index finger into her stomach. “I HOPE YOU HAVE LEARNED YOUR LESSON YOUNG LADY! Ooooh.” She continued, rolling off the chair and positioning herself so she would fall on her knees to the ground. She mumbled a few profanities from under her breath, and came back to planet Earth to join Summer.
Aud turned her face again, to face the stage… Just to imagine it; how her play would look like. She would probably start crying in a corner… Maybe she should get some booze for the occasion. Or maybe not. Believe it or not, Audrey is a horrible drunk. She would fear to streak the school if she did get drunk. Or something worse… Oh dear, how much more badly can it get you ask? Oh… Maybe…. Audrey can somehow find her way in Mexico with crack in her system getting ready to be paid thousands of dollars in cash to give them a bag with questionable powder in it. [Sorry what?]
