Pandora sat on the nerd's side of the beach in shorts and a bikini top. The cool breeze tossed her now-black hair around her shoulders and face. She was thankful for that, it hid her tears.
She wanted to blame her problems on his return, but Demyx informed her that she was broken even before. And where was Demyx, anyway? He was never around these days.
Pan put her head in her hands. This lonely beach brought back memories of another beach. Memories of a silly, flirty boy at her side. Memories of a time when she was never sad.

Finally, out of the hospital. Sadie was happy but not happy enough with her body to show it off, she had stitches casts and bruises that weren't the least bit flattering so she went to the beach in pajama bottoms, a sweatshirt, sunhat and giant shades. Finding someone she knew on the geeks side she went and sat by her. "Hi Pandora. How are yoU?"

Pandora took a moment to wipe her tears under the cover of her hair. She looked up with a smile.
"Sadie, you look so much better! Oh, but are you sure you should be out so soon? I dont way you to hurt yourself...OH! Did you get the black roses I sent you? And the striped tie for Sam?"

"Yes I did." Sadie smiled pulling out sam who was wearing the tie and sunglasses. "He's a punk now.." Her smirk made things feel better, like she was herself again. IT was reassuring.

"Ah, just as he should be. Pandora had to help him with his wardrobe." She smiled and turned away, looking out over the smooth water. It must be easy to drow in something so peaceful.
"How is Psy?" She asked without taking her eyes off of the water. "And....Jamie?" She said his name in a strong voice, not letting it crack for falter.

"PSy is talking about you as always. Jamie, on the other hand, has found a new beau. That friend of yours, they make quite the couple." Sadie watched the calm waters thinking that a nice swim would be fun if she didn't feel so broken.

Pandora smiled giddily when Sadie said that Psy always talked about her, but the mention of her friend and Jamie left her confused.
"What friend? Jamie isnt with any of my friends."

"Demmyrexily or something like htat. They are never apart. Whatever his name is even came with Jamie whenever he saw me in the hospital." Sadie said blankly hugging Sam and straightening the tie he was wearing.

"Demyx?! No no, it must be someone else...Demyx....Sadie, Demyx hates Jamie! And he didnt even tell me....what the hell is going on?" Pandora stood in the sand, looking around the beach as though the answers were there for her somewhere.

"Thats his name! Demyx!!! Psy introduced us to him when I got my third piercing done. Him and Jamie have been inceprable ever since." Sadie explained as she was now putting swim trunks on Sam.
"Come on, lets go swimming." Jamie was currently dragging Demyx from the parking lot.

"B-but Demyx...he...." She stared blankly at the water. None of this made sence, it had to be a misunderstanding. She would have to talk to them to clear things up. Pandora blindly followed Sadie's lead and pulled off her shorts, to reveal yet another pair of shorts underneath. These were boardshorts, just as she always wore. They were striped black and white to match her polka-dot top.
"But Jamie, im so pale, the sun is evil. And water tries to kill me!" He moaned, but let Jamie tug him along.

"It's true, I figured he would have told you, the two are so giddy together. Jamie only talks of him all the time." Sadie rolled her eyes.
"Too Bad!" HE smiled picking up Demyx and carrying him to the lake.

"But Demyx has never mentioned Jamie before, unless he was cursing about him." Pandora looked up at Sadie questioningly. "Something really isnt right...."
"Oh hell, noooo Jamie! NOOOOO!!!" He tried to wiggle free. "I cant believe you are making me go to the beach, of all places!"

Pandora turned in place, and didnt believe what she saw. Part of her was happy, part of her was crushed, and a small part was suspicious. What was Demyx up to?
But that smile they both had, it seemed so...real. Demyx rarely ever looked so happy.
"Hello Demyx, Jamie." Her voice sounded fake to her ears.
"Pandora..." Demyx stopped his struggling and stared at her, speachless. "I...."
